Earnest money of each tender are to be submitted through NEFT/RTGS only.

The bid documents and other detailed tender specifications etc. can be obtained from the website www.eprocure.gov.in . All Amendments, Time extension, Clarifications etc will be uploaded in website only and will not be published in Newspapers / Journal, Bidders should regularly visit the website to keep themselves updated.

Bids submission (online) closing date is 26.12.19 upto 11.00 hrs and will be opened on 27.12.19 at 11.00 hrs.

Manual offers shall not be accepted and will be summarily rejected.

The General Manager, CTTC-Kolkata reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The detail specification alongwith terms and conditions may be downloaded from the website by logging on to e-procurement of Central Public Procurement Portal. The bidders would be required to enroll/ register on the e- procurement website. For submitting bids bidders are required to have digital signature certificates issued by any of the certifying authority of India. The bidders shall be solely responsible for checking the website for any Addendum / Corrigendum issued in this regard and take into consideration the same while preparing and submitting the bids. The bids are to be submitted online through the portal.
